Committee posts were filled as follows
Cathaoirleach: Bernard Mac Brádaigh
Rúnaí: Camilla Dinkel
Cisteoir: Denis Kelliher,
and sub-committees were  also established to deal with different aspects of the project in the coming months.
The committee would like to thank the management of Benner's Hotel for generously providing a room for the meeting.
